Wonderful Garden Design

Here’s a designer whose work is neither too fussy nor too modernist. I especially like her way with tonal shades, glaucous and silver leaved plants, alternating them in mounds and spiky architectural forms, using similar colours to draw attention to the details. So many gardens look a messy free for all, lacking composure and mood (sadly I would include my own garden in this. Maybe it’s a British thing, or maybe one needs to delegate all the planting choices to a designer), hers don’t.
